In the North Texas Real Estate market, Real Estate Broker Lori Mayo is renowned among colleagues and clients alike for her integrity, loyalty and professionalism. With over 25 years of real estate experience, Lori is devoted to serving the needs of real estate buyers and sellers throughout the North Texas area and is focused on providing the highest level of client service and business integrity.

In 2019, Lori formed the Lori Mayo Real Estate Group (LMREG) with her husband and fellow Broker, Kelly Mayo and youngest daughter/ Realtor Hannah McLain.

The Lori Mayo Real Estate Group is currently ranked the #1 Agent for Century 21 Judge Fite Company’s Parker County Regional Office and the #11 Team Statewide for all Century 21 Brokerages. Lori achieved the highest selling price per acre large parcel in Springtown in October 2019, which resulted in a development of 99 homes. Her Team shattered that record in November 2021 by selling a 70-acre parcel that had been owned by the same family since the late 1800’s for over 1.8 Million. Lori attributes her achievements as a Top Agent and receiving numerous coveted awards by treating each client as a VIP and always keeping in mind that she in the relationship building business and she has spent years developing those relationships. She believes her clients are not only awesome clients but lasting friends too and is continually humbled that most of her business is repeat and referrals. Lori says, “I am very passionate about my job, and I love real estate, but I love my clients more”. She relentlessly strives to further her real estate knowledge throughout the year by attending an extensive number of hours in the realm of real estate education. Most recently obtaining her RSPS – Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist Certification through the National Association of Realtors.

Lori has two daughters. Erin married to Zachary has two sons, Camden & Davis. Hannah married to Taylor has son, Lucas and daughter Vivian. Both of her daughters grew up in the real estate industry working for their mom in high school and while at home from college for summer break. Erin is Manager and Escrow Officer at Alamo Title in Aledo. Hannah taught elementary school but soon joined her mom as Transaction Coordinator and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. She works closely with her husband Kelly, who is also a Real Estate Broker and builds homes. Lori loves spending time with her family at their property on Eagle Mountain Lake, skiing in Colorado, primitive hiking with her favorite group of ladies and she loves reading and attending her monthly book club aka wine club.

She is a strong advocate of several charitable organizations including Easterseals of North Texas, American Cancer Society and the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation. Additionally, Lori is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Springtown Chamber of Commerce and Springtown First Baptist Church as well as a Certified Relocation Specialist for Cartus, USAA, NavyFed and Military.

Lori has been invited to speak on a panel at the annual One21 Real Estate Conference in Las Vegas as well as her company’s quarterly Centurion luncheons. She thanks God for continuously providing the provisions to serve her clients, community and family.

A consistently top-producing real estate broker in North Texas for more than 24 years, Kelly Mayo brings unparalleled industry knowledge and extensive leadership to the Lori Mayo Real Estate Group (LMREG).  LMREG frequently refers to Kelly as the “bird-dog” of their group as he daily reviews the Multiple Listing Service first thing each morning to review the listing activity in the fast-paced real estate market.

Kelly and his wife, Lori owned and operated a successful real estate brokerage for more than 10 years prior to merging their company with Century 21 Judge Fite Company in November 2008.  Century 21 Judge Fite is an outstanding company to be associated with. Why?  Because of the extensive training and development programs they provide; Because of the tools and systems they provide in which to serve clients; Because of the services the brokerage offers to clients to fulfill and serve all their needs.  The Century 21 Judge Fite Company is the #1 Century 21 brokerage in all of Texas, but it has a family dynamic.

Previous career Highlights include taking the lead of the team to be the real estate advisor to a local family selling their farm that was in the same family since the late 1800’s.  Opportunities like this allow the LMREG to learn more about the community in which they live and work.  It was an honor to be entrusted by this family to help them attain their goal and achieve the record for the highest price per acre in the area. 

After obtaining his BBA in Marketing from The University of North Texas he returned to his hometown.  While climbing the ladder in corporate America he made a decision that would change the course of his career to work alongside his wife full time at their real estate brokerage.  Kelly finds great fulfillment in assisting buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals in the city he is proud to call home.  Known for his intimate local knowledge as well as its history, Kelly’s easygoing nature provides for a smooth transaction while at the helm.  Kelly also was honored to be mentored by one of the most prominent home builders in the area while forming Mayo Homes, LLC.

Kelly served as Vice President of the Springtown I.S.D. school board of trustees for many years and is currently the finance committee chairman for First Baptist Church of Springtown.  He has lived in Springtown his entire life.  He, his wife and their two daughters, all attended Springtown I.S.D. and are all proud to be Fighting Porcupines.  

When Kelly isn’t serving agents and clients, he enjoys family time at his family’s retreat on Eagle Mountain Lake, traveling, snow skiing, CrossFit and dining out in Fort Worth with his wife or staying home barbecuing.  They now have four grandchildren who keep them rather busy too.
